TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. payments

All services at Kip & Nook Limited are paid at the time of booking. All reservations remain subject to cancellation, unless paid in full.

2. Cancellations

2.1 ACCOMMODATION

You can cancel free of charge up to the following point before your check-in date:

The Barn — full refund if you cancel at least 8 weeks before check-in.

The Cabin — full refund if you cancel at least 6 weeks before check-in.

The Pitches — full refund if you cancel at least 6 weeks before check-in.

Late cancellations. Cancellations made inside the free-cancellation window for your accommodation cannot be refunded or rescheduled, and the full cost of the stay will be charged.

No-shows. Guests who do not arrive and have not cancelled in advance will be charged the full cost of the stay.

Administration fee. Where a refund is due, we refund the booking total less a £50 administration fee per booking.

Accommodation extras. Optional extras (for example a pre-heated hot tub or a dog charge) are added to your bill and settled on check-out.

2.2 TABLE RESERVATIONS

Restaurant bookings are made through OpenTable.

Tables of eight or more require a credit card on file. No charge is taken unless a private dining fee applies.

For tables of eight or more, no-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged £5 per person.

You may be able to reschedule your booking — please get in touch with us.

2.3 PADEL

Bookings are managed through Playtomic, and Playtomic’s booking and cancellation terms apply.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, unless the service is unavailable (for example, a waterlogged court).

Padel bookings cannot be rescheduled.

2.4 SAUNA & ICE BATH

Bookings are managed through Mews.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before are non-refundable, unless the service is unavailable.

These bookings cannot be rescheduled.

2.5 Yoga & Pilates

Bookings are managed through MomoYoga.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before are non-refundable, unless the service is unavailable.

These bookings cannot be rescheduled.

2.6 Cinema Room

Bookings are managed through Mews.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before are non-refundable, unless the service is unavailable.

These bookings cannot be rescheduled.

2.7 Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are managed through Gifted.

Each voucher carries a unique reference code, may be redeemed only once, may only be redeemed on site, and must be presented on arrival.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, transferred or refunded, and cannot be cancelled.

Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months.

A voucher is not itself a booking — stays, experiences and activities must be booked with our team and are subject to availability.

Prices include VAT and may change seasonally; additional charges may apply.

2.8 Events

2020 Club events and corporate events are non-refundable. Specific terms for your event will be set out in your event agreement.
